Ahlvar Gallery is a Swedish limited company headquartered in Stockholm (VAT no. SE556839315001).
Prices and Payment
In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, tax, shipping and payment. Payment-terms are specified in the basket depending on the chosen payment method.
Permitted cards for payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, VISA Electron and Maestro. Ahlvar Gallery does not charge any extra fee when you use this form of payment. Our partner Dibs handles all payments. Your card will be charged directly by Ahlvar Gallery.
Booking and confirmation
By executing the payment and sending your order you enter into a binding agreement with Ahlvar Gallery according to the terms presented under TERMS on www.ahlvar.com. When receiving the order we will automatically send you an order confirmation by email to your registered email address. This order confirmation also serves as guarantee certificate after full payment. Ahlvar Gallery reserves the right to not deliver one or more of the ordered items due to temporary stock shortage. If Ahlvar Gallery can’t deliver according to the received confirmation, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to modify or cancel your order. You can place your order on Ahlvar Gallery Online Store 24/7, goods will be picked normally the next non-holiday weekday.
In Sweden we send either by Schenker or by Posten. For international purchase we use UPS. Delivery time is between 1-4 working days. For further inquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ahlvar Gallery assumes the transport risk, which means the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during shipment from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk of possible return to us.
We will send your order to the delivery point closest to your shipping address. Notification is via SMS (to the mobile number filled in before you complete your purchase at checkout). If the mobile number is not given the order will be sent by mail. Valid identification and note or text message must be presented when picking up the shipment. Ahlvar Gallery charge 25 euro for unclaimed items to cover our costs when an order is not picked up. If you ordered an item and change your mind after we have sent your package, you must return the package, unless you will be charged 25 euro for shipment. Obviously, you get back what the product cost you, but excluding any shipping fees.
Right of withdrawal
We are not satisfied until you are a satisfied customer. When shopping at our online store, you always have 14 days of right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods. You as the buyer pays for return shipping 6 euro. If anything is wrong with an item and it is not up to the highest standard we will of course pay for return shipments. The item must be unused in original packaging and any hangtags shall be attached to the return shipping. Ahlvar must approve all returns, exchanges and refunds before being sent back.
Return / replacement
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defect or if the package does not contain what you ordered.
To make a return or exchange your purchase, please contact customer service via email@example.com or by phone +46 (0) 70 770 63 70. You will then receive instructions on how returns /exchange works.
Refund on return
Refund will be made after the goods have been returned and received in the original condition. The funds that are due for re-payment are normally returned to the buyers account within 5-7 business days. The buyer will have to pay for return shipments of exchanged goods.
Your order is left at the delivery point for four weeks. Not retrieved goods will be returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling and processing fee, currently 25 euro.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please report it immediately to the post-office (delivery alt. driver). This applies even if the outer packaging is damaged, whether you can determine if the item is damaged or not. You as a customer is under no obligation to accept damaged goods.
In the case of concealed damage Ahlvar Gallery shall be notified within seven working days of receipt. Contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +46 (0) 70 770 63 70. and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging and take photos of the product at the damage that is not noted by the delivery alt. driver on delivery.
If your delivery is missing a parcel this shall be reported promptly to the post-office (delivery alt. driver).
