Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery in Sweden, and our transport partners are PostNord and Schenker, and the order will be sent to your nearest pick-up point. All international orders will be sent by UPS or DHL Express and have a 10 € fee. 

Your order will be ready for dispatch the same business day as you place your order or the next day, at the latest. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery within Sweden. International orders may take longer depending on the location (between 2-8 days). All extra charges, customs duty/or taxes are paid by the receiver. 

Once you’ve placed your order, an email will be sent out to you with the shipping number so you can easily follow the transport online. 

 

If a package is not picked up within 14 days, the freight cost back to Ahlvar Gallery will be paid by the customer.

 

Returns & Refunds

Ahlvar.com wants you to have an easy shopping experience. Therefore, we always strive to make quick and easy returns. The items must return to us in their original condition, meaning they have not been used or cleaned.

We currently offer free returns on all orders within Sweden. Regarding international orders, you always have free exchanges, and if you choose to return the entire order, there will be a return fee of 100 SEK for Denmark and Finland, and other countries will be charged with 30 €.

  • We aim to process and issue refunds within 1-3 days after receiving your return.
  • Once we have processed your return and issued a refund, a return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return.
  • The amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • If you have chosen to pay by invoice, your invoice will be credited, and you will receive a new updated invoice from Klarna. This is only available within Sweden.
