SHIPMENT
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Sweden. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s workload.
The selected shipping company will share the delivery information as soon as we have dispatched your order from our warehouse.

Shipment costs to Sweden:
• Bring to the nearest pick-up point: 35 sek.
• Pick up in our showroom at Rådmansgatan 35, Stockholm: Free of charge (we will email you as soon as the order is ready).
• Bring home delivery: 85 sek

Shipment costs within the EU:
• DHL Express to the nearest pick-up point or home delivery: 15€
• UPS to the nearest pick-up point 10€

Shipment costs outside EU:
• DHL Express to the nearest pick-up point or home delivery: 30€
Customs and import fees are not included in the price. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, must be paid by the recipient. Except for Norway, no extra fees will apply.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

The seller may require payment for the goods from the time they are dispatched from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer pays by credit or debit card, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of order. The card will be charged on the same day the goods are dispatched.
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice will be issued to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods. The payment due date is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from the date of receipt. Buyers under 18 years of age are not eligible to pay by invoice.

Promotional Code Usage – "FIRST10" The promotional code "FIRST10" is valid for a one-time use only and is strictly limited to first-time customers making their initial purchase at Ahlvar Gallery’s official webshop. The offer is personal, non-transferable, and may not be used more than once by the same individual, regardless of the number of email addresses or customer accounts created. Any misuse of this code — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts or using false identities to redeem the discount more than once — constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Ahlvar Gallery reserves the right to cancel orders, restrict future purchases, and/or take legal action in cases where fraudulent use is detected. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.

Common channels we share on are our website, www.ahlvar.com, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, but could also include other platforms such as our newsletter, ads, commercial purpose etc.

By responding #yesahlvargallery on a picture you have posted after Ahlvar Gallery’s request on your Instagram post you agree to the following:

  • You provide Swedish company Ahlvar Gallery (organizational number 556839-3150) with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, without any obligations to you, your pictures in their marketing and/or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos. Furthermore, you give Ahlvar Gallery your consent to use photos where you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes according to Sw: Lag om namn och bild I reklam (1978:800).
  • You certify that you own all rights to, as well as fully control your images.
  • You have permission from any persons who appears in your images to assign the rights herein.
  • You certify that you are an individual (i.e. not a corporation), that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Ahlvar Galley’s use of your pictures will not violate any right of a third party or any law.
  • You release Ahlvar Galley from all obligations to pay you for the usage of your images. You are also freeing and agreeing to keep Ahlvar Galley, and all persons actioning for Ahlvar Galley from all claims (including claims from third party) liabilities, regardless of character, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
  • By replying with #yesahlvargallery you therefore agree that you have read and understood the above terms.
