and size and put it in your shopping bag by clicking “Add to cart”. If
you are unsure regarding your size or preferences, visit our Size Guide,
or chat with us through our live chat in the left corner. Continue
browsing on our website until you are satisfied with your cart.

To go to check-out, click on the bag symbol in the top right corner and
follow the clear instructions in the check-out flow to review and place
your order by stating your delivery address, choosing delivery, and
payment method.

To make your next visit even easier and adapted to your taste, we
recommend you create an account with us. By having an account you can
easily see all your orders, shipping information, and payment
information. You can also create a wishlist through your account. You
are always welcome to use the guest check-out. You will see the content
of your cart and the total cost throughout. The check-out process will
be on an order confirmation page where you will see your order number.
An email will be sent out as order confirmation.

The items must return to us in their original condition, meaning they have not been used or cleaned, and all tags should be intact and attached to the garment. You are of course welcome to try your new pieces to see if it fits you and is the way you like them to be, but other than that they should be unused. Non-valid returns will be returned to you without a refund.

1. Use the Ahlvar shipping box to return your pieces.

3. Follow the steps and print out your return-label and attach it to the shipping box.

4. Depending on which carrier your return label is marked:

  • Bring: simply visit your nearest Bring service point. See schenker.se
  • DHL Express: simply visit your nearest DHL Express service point or
    schedule a pick-up via dhl.com. Note that DHL requires returns of
    express deliveries, including all Ahlvar Gallery deliveries, to be made
    specifically from a "DHL Express" access point or be scheduled via their site.
  • UPS: simply visit your nearest UPS service point or schedule a pick-up via ups.com.

Our aim is to be as fast and efficient as possible in accepting, reviewing, and processing your return. In general, it only takes up to two business days from the time your return reaches us until our return department has successfully arranged your return. The exact time it takes for your return to reach us depends on its original location. Once we have processed your return and issued a refund, a return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return.

Please note that during periods of high demand, such as sale, returns may take up to 5 business days.

The amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, your invoice will be credited, and you will receive a new updated invoice from Klarna. This is only available within Sweden.

In most cases, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible and inform us about the address you want to change, and the new
delivery address. Use the e-mail account you ordered from and remember to include your order number, in order for us to maintain our high-security level regarding your delivery.

assistance and they will be able to help you. UPS usually make up to three delivery attempts, after that your purchase will be sent to their local service department.

Yes, absolutely. Simply fill in the recipient’s
name and address as Shipping address and your own as Billing address. While we are not able to provide a selection of gift wrapping, our exclusive packaging is designed to serve that purpose too. Please note that return information etc. will be included in the delivery.
