3.Choose the carrier: Depending on which carrier is indicated on your return label:

-DHL Express: Drop off at your nearest DHL Express service point or schedule a pickup via dhl.com. Note: Express deliveries, including all Ahlvar Gallery orders, must use DHL Express access points or scheduled pickups.

4.Keep your receipt: Save the receipt as proof of return until your refund or exchange is processed.

Our goal is to handle your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typically, it takes up to two business days from the time your return reaches our return department until it is fully processed. The total time depends on how long it takes for your package to arrive at our facility from its original location.
